Refund Policy
Effective date: April 9, 2026
This refund policy describes the conditions and procedures for refunds on paid credit packs and subscription products offered by Bloom Vocal (the "Service"). Payments for Bloom Vocal are processed through a Merchant of Record (MoR) payment partner, who acts as the legal seller and handles billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.
1. Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)
Bloom Vocal sells credits used for AI coaching analysis in the following packs:
- Starter Pack — 30 credits
- Popular Pack — 100 credits
- Pro Pack — 300 credits
1.1 Eligible for Full Refund
- You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- If no credits have been used, a full refund will be issued.
1.2 Partial or No Refund
- If some credits have been used, only the unused portion is eligible for a refund.
- If all credits have been used, no refund is available.
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund, regardless of usage.
2. Subscriptions (Coming Soon)
When monthly subscription plans become available, the following refund terms will apply:
- Full refund is available if you cancel within 7 days of the subscription start date.
- After 7 days, you may continue using the service until the end of the current billing period. The subscription will not renew for the next cycle.
- No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Include your account email address and purchase details (date, pack type).
- Refund requests are processed within 3 business days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For payments processed through our MoR payment partner, the refund is handled through that same partner. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exceptions
- If credits were deducted due to a technical error in the Service, we will restore the credits or issue a refund regardless of the time elapsed.
- Free credits (e.g., signup bonus) are not eligible for refund.
6. Governing Law
This refund policy complies with the Korean "Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce." Consumer rights provided by applicable law take precedence over the terms of this policy.
