Refund Policy
Effective date: April 21, 2026
This refund policy describes the conditions and procedures for refunds on paid credit packs offered by Bloom Vocal (the "Service"). Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc.("Payment Partner") as Merchant of Record (MoR), acting as the legal seller and handling billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.
1. Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)
Bloom Vocal sells credits used for AI coaching analysis in the following three packs. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Credits never expire.
- Starter Pack — 25 credits · $5.99
- Pro Pack — 75 credits · $14.99
- Power Pack — 175 credits · $29.99
1 credit is consumed per ~1 minute of AI coaching analysis. Guided exercises, real-time analysis tools, and progress tracking are unlimited and free — no credits required.
1.1 Eligible for Full Refund
Both of the following conditions must be met:
- Requested within 14 days of purchase.
- No credits from the purchase have been used.
1.2 Refund Restrictions
Refunds are restricted in the following cases:
- If any credits have been used — credits represent digital content that is considered delivered upon first use.
- If more than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
- If fraudulent use, account sharing, or a breach of the Terms of Service is confirmed.
Partial usage of credits is also treated as "service commenced," so automated partial refunds are not available. Contact support for exceptional circumstances.
1.3 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers in the EU, EEA, and United Kingdom
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days under Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our standard 14-day refund window in Section 1.1 is designed to align with this right.
Because credits are digital content delivered electronically, by starting to use any credit from a given purchase you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for that purchase under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK provisions. Until you have used any credit, you may withdraw for a full refund within the 14-day window by following the procedure in Section 3 below.
2. Exceptional Full Refunds
A full refund is issued regardless of usage in the following cases:
- Credits were not properly deducted due to a technical error in the Service.
- Duplicate payment or other payment-system errors are confirmed.
- The Service is unavailable due to reasons attributable to the Company.
- The Service materially differs from how it was represented or advertised.
3. How to Request a Refund
- You can request a refund from "My Credits > Refund Request" inside the app by selecting the relevant order.
- After automatic eligibility verification, the outcome is emailed to you within 3 business days.
- For exceptional cases, email doublejstudio21@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
4. Refund Processing
- Once approved, refunds are issued through Polar Software Inc. back to your original payment method (credit card, etc.).
- Card cancellation and settlement timing depends on your card issuer and typically takes 3–7 business days.
- When a refund completes, the credits granted by that order are automatically reclaimed. If your current balance is lower, only the remaining balance will be reclaimed.
5. Taxes and International Payments
Polar Software Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all transactions worldwide. Applicable VAT and sales taxes are automatically calculated, remitted, and refunded by Polar in accordance with each jurisdiction's law.
6. Exceptions
- Free credits or promotional credits are not eligible for refund.
- Credits earned through the referral program are not eligible for refund.
7. Statutory Consumer Rights
Bloom Vocal is operated from the Republic of Korea, and this policy is drafted with reference to Korean consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including (where applicable) rights regarding satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, conformity with description, and any mandatory withdrawal rights.
